NHA’s highly anticipated holiday tradition which transforms the Whaling Museum into a festive winter wonderland for the entire month of December! This event features community-crafted trees designed by local merchants, nonprofit organizations, artists and children.
Family Anchor Drop

Join us outside The Nantucket Hotel for our complimentary New Year’s Eve “Anchor Drop.” We’ll be counting down to 2020 by dropping an anchor off the top of the Hotel. Offered at 5:00 p.m. (for families) and Midnight (for all others). Complimentary Hot Chocolate will be served.
Under the Sea Gala

Join us for a fun evening as we wave good-bye to 2019 and welcome in 2020 in our Grand Ballroom. This year’s theme is “Under the Sea,” whereby we’ll be transforming our Hotel into an underwater marine paradise. Resort Chic/Elegant/Ocean-inspired attire is suggested.
