Under the Sea Gala

It’s our Eighth Annual New Year’s Eve Celebration! Join us for a fun evening as we wave good-bye to 2019 and welcome in 2020 in our Grand Ballroom on December 31 st . This year’s theme is “Under the Sea,” whereby we’ll be transforming our Hotel into an underwater marine paradise. Resort Chic/Elegant/Ocean-inspired attire is suggested. 

Choose from Two Options: 1) A Dinner & Dance Party, which includes a cocktail reception with hors d’oeuvres and complimentary wine, starting at 6:30 p.m; an elegant dinner with live entertainment by multi-instrumentalist and singer, Matty B; a dance party from 9:00 p.m.-12:30 a.m. with Matty B spinning the dance tunes; and a Light Bites/Late Night Buffet from 11:30 p.m.-12:15 a.m. Tickets: $150 per adult (plus $9 tax) for a total of $159 if ordered before December 21 st or $175 per adult (plus tax) if purchased thereafter. Gratuity not included in the price. 

Or choose Option #2) A Dance-Only Party, which includes a dance party with DJ Matty B from 9:00 p.m. to 12:30 a.m., and a Light Bites/Late Night Buffet from 11:30 p.m. to 12:15 a.m. Tickets: $75 per adult (plus $5 tax) for a total of $80 if ordered before December 21 st or $85 (plus tax) if ordered thereafter. Gratuity not included in the price.

We’re also offering a separate, supervised New Year’s Eve Party for kids whose parents are attending our Under the Sea Dinner & Dance Party: Our separate Kids’ New Year’s Eve Party is offered from 6:30 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. in our Kids’ Club at The Nantucket Hotel. It will be supervised and feature a pizza dinner, games, “Make Your Own S’mores,” antique fire truck rides, and a movie. Cost: $75 per child – ages 5 to 12 years. Reservations required.
